Today the dairy complex built by "Rusmolco" in the Narovchat district of Penza region is the first large international standard enterprise in the region. The project started on November 14, 2008. The project was based on a tripartite agreement among the Government of Penza region, “The Russian dairy company” and the administration of Narovchat district, according to which, each party undertook a number of commitments.

The dairy farm in Kuznetsk district was the first construction site of "Rusmolco." “The Russian dairy company” acquired this facility in a poor condition. The previous investor had frozen the project at the initial stage of construction. The project handed over to “The Russian dairy company” did not meet up-to-date requirements. The company's specialists carefully analyzed the project documentation, made major changes and resumed the work on the project in 2007.

The construction of the complex for 4 600 heads of dairy herd started in summer of 2012 is carried out within the framework of joint investment project «Rusmolco» - OLAM which on the first stage provides investing of USD 400 mln before 2015 and making dairy herd of 20 thousand of heads.
