Rusmolco arranged a business game for students of Penza State Agrarian University

Rusmolco continues to work closely with the Penza State Agrarian University (PSAU) and expands the formats of interaction. On April 18, employees of the personnel management service organized an intellectual business game "Stockbreeding in Rusmolco" for university students. The event allowed students to understand the principle of working in a large agricultural holding and plunge themselves into production processes without leaving the room.

Students studying in the areas of Zootechnics and Veterinary Medicine took part in the business game. The students were divided into three teams of 5-6 people. The game consisted of three rounds: an intellectual quiz, a business game and a creative duel. For the successful completion of each round, the participants had to solve real production tasks in the field of veterinary medicine and zootechnics in a limited time, applying the knowledge gained during their studies at the university. This format allowed future specialists to understand the principle of working in a large agricultural holding and make decisions independently.

The winners of the business game received gifts from Rusmolco, and all students took part in an all-prize lottery. The most active students were also awarded prizes from the company.

Our practical course with PSAU is the next stage in working with promising students. It should be recalled that Rusmolco has been working closely with PSAU since 2012. Contacts with the educational institution are constantly expanding. Rusmolco specialists conduct classes for students, take part in examination commissions and open days. In 2017, Rusmolco opened a specialized equipped classroom within the university. An important tendency of long–term cooperation between Rusmolco and PSAU is the annual paid practical training of students in the company's subdivisions. Today, the company employs over 300 graduates of the oldest university in the region.
