Rusmolco increased milk production by 10% in 2023

The Russian Dairy Company, one of the leading producers of raw milk in the Russian Federation, summed up the results of production of raw milk in 2023. Within 12 months of 2023 the gross milk production amounted to 161 thousand tons which is 10% more than in 2022. 

The positive dynamics is a result of the implementation of the company's dairy development strategy and active work within a framework of a comprehensive milk production intensification program.

As of March 01, 2024, the number of the cattle on three dairy farms of the Russian Dairy Company is more than 33 thousand heads where over 16 thousand are cows. The milk production per average feed efficiency cow is about 12 thousand liters a year.

Today the Russian Dairy Company manages three dairy farms located in the Penza region. The main volume - more than 80 thousand tons - was produced at Russia's largest farm for 7,200 heads located in the Serdobsk area of the Penza region. The farm was launched in 2021. After reaching a planned capacity, the Serdobsk farm will produce more than 100 thousand tons of raw milk per year.

In 2024 the Russian Dairy Company will continue to develop a dairy direction increasing the production of the premium milk.
