Rusmolco made a tour for pupils

Rusmolco made a tour for pupils at its own centre of seed preparation in the village of Bashmakovo, Penza region. The event was held in terms of a Single open Day organized by the federal educational program "Professionalism". The tour was attended by high school pupils from the Timiryazev school, the school of Znamenka and the school of Lipovka of the Bashmakovsky district of the Penza region.

The company regularly conducts tours in its enterprises in the Penza region. Tours in production are an important link in the educational process. They significantly supplement and expand knowledge about agriculture, help to learn more about the subtleties of work in the industry, activates the cognitive activity of pupils. The purpose of the event "Rusmolco" is to introduce pupils to the specifics of seed production and to tell about the importance of working in the agricultural sector. It should be noted that parents of pupils, who invited to the excursion, work at the enterprise, which increased the interest of the children in the event and allowed them to focus on such an important factor as the continuity of generations.

Julia Brykina, the head of the Personnel Management Service of Rusmolco, addressed the children with a welcoming speech. She told about the work of the company, recommended to enter an agricultural university at the faculty of special vocational education and advised to choose for yourself one of the most interesting areas - crop production or stockbreeding. Brykina emphasized the possibility of further employment of graduates at Rusmolco enterprises.

During the tour, children were divided into two groups. The director of the enterprise worked directly with one of the groups, and the second was headed by the chief agronomist. The children were shown the full technological cycle of the seed plant: cleaning, calibration, seed treatment, inoculation and packaging; storage of seeds in "sleeves".

It should be recalled that Rusmolco has been a participant in the Professionalism program since 2022. The program is aimed at creating a new training system based on secondary vocational education and the formation of an absolutely new approach to personnel training.
