Rusmolco took part in summing up the results of the Professionality programme

The meeting was attended by Roman Kalentyev, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Agriculture of the Penza region; Igor Shchetkin, First Deputy Minister of the Education of the Penza Region; Oleg Kukharev, President of the Penza State Agrarian University, as well as by representatives of specialized organizations and heads of secondary vocational education institutions of the Penza region. Rusmolco was represented by Yulia Brykina, Head of the HR Department.

The participants of the meeting presented a report on the work done in 2022 and summed up the results achieved by production centers (clusters) within the framework of the federal project named "Professionality".

Rusmolco as a profile employer and a member of the cluster's Governing Council summed up its results under the project. Yulia Brykina shared her practical expertise and knowledge gained during a training for management teams. She told about the internship organized for the Penza State Agrarian University professors at Rusmolco enterprises. She highlighted that Rusmolco plans to maintain a long-term cooperation with the Penza State Agrarian University, as well as to establish relationships with other educational institutions of the cluster.

I would like to see the Penza Agrarian University amongst the top five associations of the Professionality programme. I wish all the participants of the project good luck and great success.”

After the meeting, Oleg Kukharev gave the guests a tour of the laboratories and other facilities of the educational center of the Penza State Agrarian University.

The Russian Dairy Company and the Penza State Agrarian University have been partners in the implementation of the federal educational project "Professionality" since April 2022. The project is aimed at creating a new training system based on the secondary vocational education and the formation of an absolutely new approach to the personnel training. Within a framework of the project, the University acts as an educational base and Rusmolco provides its own production facilities for conducting practical classes for students and internships for professors. Rusmolco specialists play a roleof mentors.
