Rusmolco has become a partner of the federal educational project "Professionality"

The Russian Dairy Company and the Penza State Agrarian University have become partners in the framework of the federal educational project "Professionality". An educational and business cluster will be created on the basis of the University. The aim of the project is to train staff for the agricultural branch of the Russian economy. An agreement on the creation of the cluster was signed by Alexey Komarov, Minister of Education of the Penza region, Roman Kalentyev, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture of the Penza region, and Oleg Kukharev, rector of the PGAU as well as by representatives of the local business unities. The event was attended by Oleg Yagov, First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Penza region, and representatives of the largest agricultural companies. Yulia Brykina, Head of the Human Resources Department, presented Rusmolco by signing an agreement.

A particularity of the «Professionality» educational program by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation is an integration of the education and industry which supposes an active participation of businessmen in educational programs. Educational process is built on principles of maximum practice orientation which allows to get highly qualified specialists in a short time. The format of the program will allow to take into account the current and future needs in the labor for the agricultural market. That is why trainings will take place not only in the University, but also at the production sites of potential employers. Due to the purposeful practice orientation the period of the study under "Professionality" is reduced up to two years.

“Rusmolco has been actively working with young people for many years, educating and then hiring them for the company. Our participation in the "Professionality" project is logically a right next step in this direction. Along with the Penza Agrarian University, we will try to bring the quality of the agrarian education to a new level, thereby strengthening the agricultural sector of the country," - said Yulia Brykina, Head of the Human Resources Department at Rusmolco.

To date, 70 educational and industrial clusters in the most priority sectors of the economy have been created in the different regions of the Russian Federation. In the Penza region, 15 leading agricultural companies, including Rusmolco, became partners of the Penza Agrarian University under this program. The University along with the companies will jointly develop and implement new educational programs. Rusmolco will provide its facilities for students’ practical works: dairy farms, a herd reproduction center, an elevator, a seed plant, machinery, and fields. All that will serve a good basis for practical activities of students. Students will get a great chance to visit modern production facilities, to see a work process in the flesh, get professional agricultural skills and experience required for the future profession.

It should be noted that Rusmolco and PSAU became the partners under the «Professionality» project in April 2022 – when the Penza region entered the federal project in the area of agriculture. In addition to say, the Russian Dairy Company and the University have been productively and fruitfully cooperating for over 10 years. This collaboration helps to bring up qualified specialists for the agricultural branch. The last-year students get paid practical trainings at Rusmolco’s enterprises. The best students receive personal scholarships from the Russian Dairy Company.
