Rusmolco and Penza State Agrarian University presented a joint educational program

The Russian Dairy Company and the Penza State Agrarian University presented a joint educational program for students as a part of the implementation of the federal educational project “Professionality”. The project is aimed at creating a new system of education based on the secondary vocational education and the formation of an absolutely new approach to professional development.

On May 19, the Penza region presented its educational program in Ulyanovsk city. The program was presented by Igor Shchetkin, First Deputy Minister of Education of the Penza Region, Oleg Kukharev, Rector of the Penza State Agrarian University, and Yulia Brykina, Head of the Human Resources Department at Rusmolco.

A particularity of the «Professionality» educational program is the integration of the education and industry which supposes an active participation of businessmen in educational programs. Educational process is built on principles of maximum practice work orientation which will allow to get highly qualified specialists in a short time. The first students of the Penza region will start their studies under the program from September 01, 2022.

The development of a joint training program is an important stage in the implementation of the «Professionality» project. When compiling the program, the specialists of Rusmolco and PSAU did a great job taking into account the standards of education and the requirements of employers. Thus, within the framework of the project, the University will act as an educational base, Rusmolco will provide its own production facilities for trainings, and the company's specialists will act as mentors for students. The company will also be able to form a request to the University to prepare such-and-such specialists demanded on the agricultural market. All that will help students to gain relevant professional experience which guarantees their further employment.

Rusmolco’s immediate plans is to train its own specialists under the purpose of their further participation in the «Professionality» program.

It should be noted that Rusmolco and PSAU became the partners under the «Professionality» project in April 2022 – when the Penza region entered the federal project in the area of agriculture. In addition to say, the Russian Dairy Company and the University have been productively and fruitfully cooperating for over 10 years. This collaboration helps to bring up qualified specialists for the agricultural branch. The last-year students get paid practical trainings at Rusmolco’s enterprises. The best students receive personal scholarships from the Russian Dairy Company.
