Rusmolco will put into circulation 10000 hectares of fallow lands

The Russian Dairy Company (a subsidiary of Olam International Limited, Singapore), one of the leaders in the country's dairy industry and the largest producer of raw milk in the Penza region, will put into circulation about 10,000 hectares of fallow lands in nine areas of the Penza region by the end of 2022.

Rusmolco continues the construction of the largest dairy farm in Russia for 5,200 heads of the dairy cattle in Serdobsk area of the Penza region. In view of that, the company increases the number of the cattle and expands the area under forage crops. This is the reason to put into circulation the fallow lands.

Over the past two years, the company has already put into circulation 7,500 hectares of uncultivated area and continues to carry out the systematic work on putting into circulation other agricultural plots.  

The crop production is one of the most important activities of Rusmolco. The company's land bank in the Penza region exceeds 154,000 hectares and allows providing in full the growing livestock with the high quality feeds. The company applies advanced technologies to grow agricultural crops and demonstrates the positive dynamics in the feed preparation.

The seed production in the Russian Dairy Company helps to provide the farms with high-quality seed material. Rusmolco covers the own needs in seeds as well as supplies the high-quality seeds of various crops to different agricultural enterprises both in the Penza region and other subjects of the Russian Federation.
