Rusmolco awarded the best employees

Rusmolco, a subsidiary of Olam Group, Singapore, one of the leaders of the Russian dairy industry and the largest milk producer of the Penza region, organized festive events dedicated to the Day of the Agricultural Worker. Gala ceremonies were held in November at ten farms of the company.

Every year, traditionally, Rusmolco congratulates its employees with their professional day and awards the best workers, noting their high contribution into the development of the Company.

This year, the festivities were attended by heads of the local administrations and people from different governmental bodies. The top management of the Russian Dairy Company congratulated everyone with the effective completion of harvesting, summed up the results of the work in 2019, and thanked everybody for the performance achieved.

An integral part of all these events is an awarding ceremony for the best employees. This year, the Russian Dairy Company conferred letters of gratitude and honorary diplomas of the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Penza region, Legislative Assembly of the Penza region, letters from the Governor of the Penza region to 111 people.  25 employees both of the Dairy and Agri divisions have been awarded with certificates of the merit, issued by Rusmolco, in recognition of their successful work in the fields of animal husbandry and crop production.

After the awarding ceremony, the Rusmolco’s people and residents of every location enjoyed the concerts prepared, especially for that event, by on-stage performance groups of the Penza region. 

Rusmolco is one of the largest employers of the Penza region. To date, 1 380 people have been working at ten farms of Rusmolco. The company, creating new work places, pays great attention to the work with the staff:  organizing trainings both in Russia and overseas in order to improve the skills and update the knowledge of the specialists and workers.
