On October 4th, the Russian Dairy Company awarded students of the Penza State Agrarian University with the Rusmolco scholarship certificates for the successful practical training at the company’s facilities. The university presidentship, professors and students attended the event. The Russian Dairy Company was represented by Julia Brykina, head of the HR department.
This year, the eight graduates from the Agrarian University received awards. All of them completed a several months long training at Rusmolco’s farms under the supervision of the company’s specialists. At the end of the internship, all the students got a positive feedback and recommendations. This year, totally 19 students of the Agrarian University completed their practical training at Rusmolco in such fields as agronomy, engineering and livestock management.
“Rusmolco pays a great attention to the training of young professionals. Practical work in our company gives students a chance to gain experience and new knowledge in high-tech production processes, and for Rusmolco itself it is an opportunity to grow and to get highly qualified specialists. Within several years, dozens of the Agrarian University students have completed trainings at Rusmolco. Many of them have been working for the company for several years”, - said Julia Brykina, head of the HR department of the Russian Dairy Company.
2018 is the seventh year of the ceremony for the agrarian students. Awarding is a part of a long-term mutual cooperation between the Russian Dairy Company and the Penza State Agrarian University, which started in 2012. The program’s goal is to improve the quality of the agrarian education in Russia and to train personnel for the company.
