Specialist of RUSMOLCO has won a regional competition «Best in Profession»

On August 12, 2016 a regional competition of professional skills «Best in Profession» in the nomination «Best specialist in artificial insemination» took place in the Penza region.

The best specialists in the artificial insemination from different areas of the Penza region took part in the competition of professional skills. Grand Prix was given to Alexey Beloglazov, a breeder from  Narovchat farm (Rusmolco group).

The competition was opened by Eduard Katashov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Penza region. «Today we are holding the 29^th competition, and will define the best specialist in the field of artificial insemination of farm animals. The best specialists of agricultural enterprises will show their skills and knowledge in the livestock industry. The competition demonstrates the professionalism of the experts in this field, it shows that they are constantly supplementing their knowledge and upgrading their skills», - said Eduard Katashov. The Deputy Minister greeted the participants and wished them good luck.

During the event, the participants answered the theoretical questions, as well as performed the practical tasks. The Competition committee, consisting of experts of the Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Veterinary Department, representatives of science from the Penza State Agricultural Academy, evaluated the practical skills in the laboratory as well as in the preparation of the animal for the insemination and insemination technique implementation.
