«Rusmolco» farms received a number of awards for their performance in 2015. The awards were given during the ceremonial event dedicated to the Day of Agricultural Worker that took place on November 20 in the Movie and Concert Hall «Penza». Competitions were held in several categories among municipal areas, agricultural workers and agricultural teams, peasant and private subsidiary farmings, food and processing industry companies.
When congratulating agricultural workers on their professional holiday, the Governor of the Penza region I. Belozertsev noted: «The main thing is that you love your homeland, you are able and eager to work and achieve weighty results preserving traditions of plough tail. An ambitious target is facing us today - to nail down the discernible trend in the industry, ensure food security of our country». He highlited that development of the agricultural sector is among state priorities with good reason, that is a strategic area of the economy as performance of this sector impacts well-being of each citizen. «Today the agriculture is rising to a new level of achievements executing wide-scale program of import substitution. I am proud to say that you are making a significant contribution to the development of the agro-industrial sector of Russia», – said the Governor.
The awards of the regional government went to:
· the team of the structural subdivision «Arshinovka» of LLC «Pachelma farm», Nizhniy Lomov area (farm manager – Makarov Egor Nikolaevich) that had achieved 7069 kg of milk yield per 1 cow and had increased number of cattle;
· the team of the business unit «Kamenskoe» of LLC «Pachelma farm», Kamenka area (foreman – Akzhigitov Rinat Nasrullovich) engaged in cattle nursing and fattening that had achieved average daily weight gain of 1298 grams having 638 cattle;
· the team of the business unit «Titovo» of LLC «Pachelma farm», Pachelma area (farm manager –Pyshkin Vladimir Vasilievich) that had achieved 35,1 centners per 1 ha yield of grains and pulses.
Besides, the following employees of the «Russian Dairy Company» were awarded: milking machine operators Zotkina Svetlana and Aysina Tatiana, herdsmen Bakhtigozin Rinat, Tepaeva Vera and Pikhtelev Aleksey, combine drivers Kaliakin Vladimir and Pudiakov Sergey, deputy farm manager for crop production of «RAA Narovchatskoe» Kayshev Victor and the chief agronomist of LLC «Pachelma farm» Akhmetov Rinat.
