“Rusmolco” took part in presentation of Narovchatsky and Nijnelomovsky regions for the students of State Agricultural Academy

On the 6^th of March a presentation of the Narovchatsky and Nijnelomovsky municipal regions took place in the Penza State Agricultural Academy. More than 60 graduates of 2014 of the Academy from all faculties (agronomic, economic, technological, and engineering), professors of the Academy, representatives of the administration of the Narovchatsky and Nijnelomovsky areas and the head of the HR Department of Rusmolco company Yulia Brykina attended it.

The demand for specialists in the agricultural sector is gradually developing in the Penza region. In order to reduce the outflow of specialists to other regions, the speakers of this meeting tried to interest graduates in work in our region.

Rusmolco is the largest employer in the sphere of animal production in the Penza region. Now the company has about one thousand employees. "There are no such large companies in these regions," - Yulia Brykina explained the absence of other companies during the meeting. According to her in 2014 “Rusmolco” plans to take over the practice up to 15 students and recruit more than 10 new employees: currently there are some open vacancies such as livestock specialists-breeders, economists, accountants and agronomists. 

“Penza State Agricultural Academy has been working closely with “Rusmolco” for a long time. The company provides our students with places to do their practical work. For several years “Rusmolco” pays scholarships to the best students of the Academy. Graduates of our Academy work in all departments of the company", - said Nikolai Fomin, Vice-rector Additional Education of the Penza State Agricultural Academy.
