Rusmolco increased milk production by 41% in the first half 2020

The Russian Dairy Company (a subsidiary of Olam International Group, Singapore), a leading producer of raw milk in the Penza region and one of the largest milk producers in the country, increased its milk production by 41% in the first half of the year 2020 compared to the same period of 2019. For six months of 2020 (January, February, March, April, May, June), the company produced 60,000 tons of milk.

The positive dynamics of increase occurred due to the expansion of Rusmolco's capacities and the cattle population.

At the end of 2019, the company has commissioned the first stage of a dairy farm for 5 200 heads in Serdobsk area of the Penza region. Moreover, Rusmolco built additional cow barns both in Arshinovka and Narovchat dairy farms. As of now, the total livestock population in Rusmolco is over 27 000 heads.

The systematic work of the company's specialists in order to increase the productivity of the animals gives its results: the growth of production efficiency. Therefore, Rusmolco is constantly working on improving the animal management and feeding programs. The company introduces the latest technologies and advanced world achievements in the field of the animal husbandry.
