Rusmolco has started the harvesting of grains

The Russian Dairy Company (a subsidiary of Olam International Group, Singapore), a leading producer of raw milk in the Penza region and one of the largest milk producers in the country, continues developing its crop production and announces the start of the harvesting campaign. Rusmolco plans to harvest 9 400 ha of winter wheat, 5 100 ha of spring wheat and 8 800 ha of spring barley.

The company started harvesting on July 22^nd and plans to complete it on schedule.

You can see on the fields over 40 harvesters - threshers from leading international and national producers such as: John Deere, Claas, Rostselmash. 100 vehicles are used to transport the grain. More than 200 people take part in the harvest.

At the moment, the harvesting is going in the Kuznetsk, Serdobsk, Pachelma, Nizhniy Lomov, Narovchat, Bashmakovo, Kamenka and Belinsk areas of the Penza region.

By the moment, Rusmolco has harvested 31% of winter wheat with the yield of 6,5 t / ha.

Lots of work is done in the Pachelma area, where the company plans to harvest 5 800 ha of grains. Regarding other areas, the company has got the following plans: 4 100 ha in Narovchat, 4 200 ha – in Bashmakovo, 2 700 ha – in Kamenka and Belinsk, 2 300 ha – in Kuznetsk, 1 200 ha  - in Serdobsk, and 1 000 ha – in Nizhniy Lomov.

Totally, the company will harvest 23 400 ha during the harvesting campaign 2020.

The crop production is a strategically important component of the company's business. Rusmolco applies a closed cycle of the production, which consists of the production itself, storage and grain processing.
