«Russian Dairy Company» expands scope of use of software Docsvision

«Russian Dairy Company» («Rusmolco»), one of the leaders of the dairy branch of the country and the largest milk producer in the Penza region, expanded the functionality of the software Docsvision due to the automation of the process of data handling on the inventory holdings. The project is implemented jointly with the systems integrator “Software technologies” from Samara city.

In the beginning of 2013 the management of the company “Rusmolco” took a decision to expand the functionality of the software Docsvision due to the automation of the process out of the documents circulation. Within the framework of the project the specialists adjusted the processes of data handling on the inventory holdings and e-archives. The actualized solution on the basis of Docsvision decreases the time of the data processing, hastens data transmission within the whole itinerary of the co-ordination and performance. The e-archives of data exclude the lost of documents and also provide with a quick and convenient access to the history of papers. The formation and data tracing is carried out through the web portal with a comprehensible interface.

The software Docsvision has been being used by “Rusmolco” since 2011. Within the framework of the first stage it was adjusted the process of the reconciliation of agreements. As a result of the project analysis, the specialists took a decision to expand the functionality of the software and include new business processes into the profile of the work of the e-system of documents circulation. In 2012 there was a startup of the project on the automation of business processes and adjustment of the documents circulation. Within the framework of the second stage of the project all the key functions of the documents circulation have been automated: correspondence work, administrative documents, official letters and memos, minutes of meetings, control of the execution of tasks, implementation of orders and commissions of the management, mailing of the telephone messages to farms. Works on the adjustment of the software have been done in the head office and also at the subsidiaries. 100 employees of the company became users of the software.
