Rusmolco`s specialist won the first place at the Russian professional contest

Andrey Beloglazov, an employee of the Russian Dairy Company, won the first place at the 16-th Russian vocational skills contest among cattle artificial insemination operators. He became the winner in the nomination "The best breeding indicators".

The event, organized by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation jointly with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Udmurt Republic, was held in Izhevsk city in August 16 - 18. The purpose of the competition was to exchange experience, improve professional skills and work performance of participants.

The competition takes place every two years and gathers breeding professionals got medal places at the regional stage. This year 96 breeders from 60 regions of the country competed for the title of the best in the profession in 10 nominations.

The competition program was divided into four steps. During the first one, the participants worked in the laboratory. After that, the commission evaluated the theoretical knowledge in the reproduction of the breeders. Within the following steps, specialists were preparing cows for the insemination: they examined animals, then screened them rectally. During the entire process the professionals recorded the data. In the final, a contest committee summed up the results and unveiled the winner.

Andrey Beloglazov has been working as a breeder at Rusmolco’s dairy farm for 7 000 dairy heads located in Arshinovka village, Penza region. Arshinovka farm is a good example of the large scale modern high-tech production.

Additionally to say, in 2016, Andrey took part in such kind of a regional competition and that time he won the first place in the nomination "The best specialist in the artificial insemination".
